Dominion Power reports 500 customers are without power

WASHINGTON — Some of you are without power this Saturday morning. Dominion Power reports 500 customers are in the dark after a tree fell on a line in Springfield, Va.

Initially, 4,000 lost power after a tree fell at Old Keene Mill Road and Bardu Avenue.

The crews are working to restore power to the area. A company spokesman told WTOP everyone affected should have power back soon.
