Study: Babies breast-fed longer tend to be smarter

WASHINGTON – A new study finds that babies who are breast-fed for a longer period of time tend to be smarter.

Bloomberg reports on a Harvard University study which followed more than 1,000 babies and mothers.

It found that each additional month the child was breast-fed resulted in better language skills and higher intelligence.
