WASHINGTON – A 17-year-old is dead after a driver struck him on a Waldorf, Md., street.

Matthew Daniel Douglas, 17, was on the westbound side of Berry Road near Cassidy Street in Waldorf at about 12:50 a.m. Saturday when a Lexus hit him, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office says.
