WASHINGTON – The National Cherry Blossom Festival is offering discounts at area businesses, including Macys, Subway and Georgetown Cupcakes.
“We’re trying to get the entire area involved in spring,” Festival President Diana Mayhew tells WTOP. “The Petal Pass is spring savings.”
Deals offered through the Petal Pass include everything from free food to cheaper haircuts and fashion purchases to buy-one, get-one free offers.
Petal pass cards are free. They can be picked up at area Capitol One Banks.
