WASHINGTON – A 15-year-old has been arrested for assaulting and abducting a fellow student at Broad Run High School in Ashburn, Va.

Authorities say the suspect grabbed a female student and pulled her into an empty hallway earlier this week. He held her against her will, but the girl was able to fight him off and run away.

She later reported the incident to school officials.

The suspect is being held at a juvenile detention center, and is being charged with aggravated sexual battery and abduction with the intent to defile.
