What: Love Your Heart Expo
When: Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Where: Westfield Montgomery Mall (Nordstrom Corridor)

This event is free and open to the public. No advance registration is required. Register in-person at the event and complete all of the event’s health screenings to be eligible to win an iPad!

Cholesterol and Glucose finger stick test

Blood Pressure

Body Composition

Body Mass Index

Waist to Hip Ratio

Sleep Apnea Screening

Personal Counseling Sessions

Screening registration will close at 2:45 p.m.
