Counties consider curbing roadside solicitations

Montgomery County has suggested requiring permits for roadside solicitation. Loudoun County is discussing a ban on all roadside solicitation.

Loudoun is also floating an idea that would let firefighters hold their “Fill A Boot” drive at shopping centers instead of stoplights.
