Construction worker dead after fall

WASHINGTON – A Frederick construction worker is dead after falling from a roof while on the job.

Anne Arundel County police say Ismael Celestino Lopez-Rojas, 32, was on the roof of a three-story condo building Tuesday when he lost his footing while trying to secure a safety anchor.

The accident occurred in the 1400 block of Dorsey Road in Hanover.
