WASHINGTON – A man was struck by a CSX Train Monday evening in Rockville, Md.

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue say he was hit along Randolph Road, near Nebel Street.

In that area, the tracks run straight across the road with a guard to keep cars and people out.

The man was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries.
