Victim’s fingertip bitten off in fight outside Va. bar

WASHINGTON – Part of a person’s finger was bitten off during a fight outside of an Arlington bar Sunday, police say.

Arlington County police say the victim was assaulted at about 2:15 a.m. in the 2600 block of N. Pershing Drive. During a fight, the victim’s right index fingertip was bitten off.

Rudy Sales Perez, 21, and Jose Lopez Sales, 23 — both of Arlington — were arrested after the incident and charged with malicious wounding by mob.

They were held without bond.
