WASHINGTON – An 82-year-old man is missing in D.C. and authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Charlie Williams, also known as ‘Shorty,’ was last seen on Thursday, Feb. 23 around 2 a.m. on the 3800 block of Reservoir Road in northwest.

Williams is black, about 5 feet 2 inches, with brown eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. He was wearing a white shirt with brown pants and a gray coat when he was last seen.

Police say Williams is in need of medical attention and locating him is critical.
