GERMANTOWN, Md. – Police are asking for help finding a missing 21-year-old man who functions at the level of a 10-year-old.

Police said Darryl Xavier Brown, of the 18200 block of Kitchen House Court in Germantown, was last seen at his home around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

He is believed to be on foot and may not have any shoes on.

Brown is black, 5-foot-3 and 130 pounds with very short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt and black pants, police said.
