I-95 northbound near Aberdeen reopens

ABERDEEN, Md. – Interstate 95 northbound in Harford County has reopened. All northbound lanes had been closed since late Thursday night after a tractor trailer accident.

The tractor trailer had been on its side, blocking all lanes at mile marker 82.

Drivers early Friday could only go as far as the Maryland House rest stop before they were diverted through the rest stop and back onto the southbound lanes.
