Cava Grill, a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant, has signed a lease in Tenleytown, at 4237 Wisconsin Ave. NW, near American University.

The partners behind Cava will extensively renovate an old building to house the restaurant, which is expected to open this summer in 2,300 square feet.
